Volkswagen beetle chassis, sand blasted. Both left and right floor-pans replaced with 18 gauge (1.2mm) thickness steel.
 
Chassis is treated with a zinc undercoat before being sprayed both sides with U-Pol Raptor Bed-liner Protection or 2K paint.
