This Brilliant Royal Blue Metallic Flake Classic Buggy came to us, as a very sorry looking Volksrod. The Buggy was striped down; new thick gauge "Flat Out Customs" floor pans were welded in along with a pair of new outriggers and frame head. The engine had a fair amount of end play so was sent away for an aline bore. All brake components were replaced and disc setup changed to a chevy pattern. The wheels are American Racing Outlaw 2; fronts 7J 215/65R15 rears 8J 255/70R15 Cooper Cobra tyres. New 6 point roll cage was built and BBclassics BB3 Reclining Sports Seats installed. Porsche 944 gauges with chrome bezels and VDO oil pressure and voltmeter gauges complete the dash, with new wiring throughout, running off of an Odyssey Extreme Racing PC680 battery. What a transformation.
