THE BUILD PROCESS
We take pride in every Turnkey and Restoration we do. In each step of the process we strive for perfection and our attention to detail is second to none. Combining our passion and expertise with your wishes, we can make your dream a reality. From placement of your order, the build usually takes about 6 months to complete. A 50% deposit is required when you place your order. The balance is spread out equally over the committed build time with the final payment on completion. Your completed buggy comes with photo album of the build process and a full list of specifications, a nice touch and great to show admirers at car shows.
Buggy Builders have a selection of long and short wheel base chassis available to start a build. We are always on the lookout for suitable donor vehicles, which is of course the humble classic Volkswagen Beetle.
Old floorpans are removed and replaced with 18 gauge (1.2mm) thickness steel new ones

Is your pride and joy showing it's age?
Buggy Builders can give your buggy a top to toe makeover. Whether its a total restoration, re-body or respray. In just a few months and depending on your requirements, we will have you back on the road, attending shows and bagging prizes.
Servicing
We also take on pre-mot services so you'll be certain to pass any inspection.
